2. Pricing & Payments
Do you provide free quotes?
Yes! All our quotes are free and include a detailed breakdown of costs. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and cash. Full payment details will be provided with your invoice.
Do you require a deposit?
For larger projects, we may require a deposit to secure materials and schedule work. This will be discussed with you before the project starts.
Do you offer payment plans?
For major refurbishments, we may offer staged payments. Please discuss this with us during your consultation.
3. Project & Work Process
How long will my project take?
Every project is different. We provide an estimated timeframe during the quotation process. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, additional work requests) will be communicated as soon as possible.
Will I need to move furniture before work begins?
For interior projects, we recommend clearing the space as much as possible. If required, we can assist with moving furniture for an additional charge.
Do you supply materials, or do I need to purchase them?
We supply all necessary high-quality materials as part of our service. However, if you have a preferred brand or specific material in mind, let us know, and we can accommodate your request.
Do you clean up after the work is done?
Yes! We always ensure a thorough clean-up after completing a project, leaving your space spotless.
4. Painting & Decorating
What type of paint do you use?
We use premium, durable paints suited to the surface and environment. We also offer eco-friendly, low-VOC paints upon request.
Can you match an existing colour?
Absolutely! We can match any paint colour to ensure consistency throughout your property.
How long does paint take to dry?
Most paints dry within 2-4 hours, but we recommend 24 hours before touching walls to allow full curing.
5. Warranty & Aftercare
Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes! We stand by our craftsmanship and offer a 1 year warranty on our work. This excludes natural wear and tear or damage caused by external factors.
What should I do if I notice an issue after completion?
If you have any concerns, please contact us within the warranty period. We will assess and resolve the issue if it falls within our guarantee.
Do you offer maintenance services?
Yes! We provide property maintenance services to keep your home or business in top condition.
6. Booking & Cancellations
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 6 weeks in advance for longer projects and 2 weeks in advance for shorter projects, especially during peak seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations should be made at least 10 days before the scheduled start date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on costs already incurred.
Can I reschedule my project?
Yes! We’ll do our best to accommodate changes in scheduling. Please inform us as soon as possible.
